We have sailed every storm and grabbed every opportunity along the way. Though we have passed the 5th mark anniversary and the journey up till now demands every bit of our resilience, still, it feels like it just has been a year. But, still, it means the world to us and also that we are now an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. This could never have been possible without Each and every team member in all roles, who put their heart and soul into their work. Such unparalleled hard work has borne some beneficial fruits for the company and team, but the story and path behind the hard work were never easy.  With 15+ years of experience in this industry and being excellent at the job, helped us in deciding to start our venture. The Start (like any other journey) was easy, however, with time we lacked support from the ecosystem of any business process. In short, not many believed in our business ideology, they showed hesitancy to buy the idea of Catnip Infotech. Adding to the misery, we had stepped foot in the business without exploring unknown elements of what lies ahead in a Business Environment. The only thing which kept us going was the strong belief of OUR TEAM that encouraged & propelled us to work harder and create doors of winning for ourselves.

 Finding and obtaining meetings with clients and ecosystem partners was extremely challenging. It was tough to bring in business, which is an understatement. On top of that, raising funds for a start-up is always difficult.  And then, the first deal of our company happened, but not without a story of its own. As the first customer was quite skeptical considering our work experience. He came to us since no one else could help him with the product he wanted, and he didn't have much options as well. Our work was well received by the client. This is what has been our fortè, delivering there when someone least expects us to do.

 As time went by we realized our strengths. And one of them lies in our customer satisfaction index. Giving numbers to our customers and providing them with solutions motivates us more to achieve greater things. The Bonding was cemented during the WFH in Covid Times. We've gotten closer than ever before, and our team is running smoothly as a result of our shared understanding. Our work performance improved dramatically. We began keeping an eye out for one other. At all times the only common connection was COOPERATION, UNDERSTANDING, and ROOTING for each other.
